When I convert my video the program says: Can’t write the output file.

Please make sure that

  • your file is not corrupted - try to play it in Movavi software to see if the program can play the whole file without problems;
  • file name is short contains no unreadable symbols;
  • you have enough free space to store output files;

Also, the inappropriate width and height values can be a problem if you have set them manually. Tick off the Keep aspect ratio checkbox and set the right values.

If the issue stiil appears please choose the Output folder at another disk partition and try to make conversion once more.
