How to stabilize video (reduce camera shake)

Videos shot on handheld cameras often look shaky and unstable, no matter how hard you try to keep the camera level, especially if you're filming sports using a portative camera such as a GoPro®. To remove camera shake from your videos:
 
Step 1: Add files
Add the videos you want to stabilize.
 
Step 2: Click the Stabilize Video button
On the effects toolbar under the file list, click the Stabilize Video button to open the stabilization panel.
 
Step 3: Enable stabilization.
On the video stabilization panel, select the Stabilize video option and click Apply.
 
Step 4: Convert
Finally, select a destination folder and click Convert to start stabilizing the video. Note that conversion will take longer than usual because of the stabilization effect.
