I cannot launch the program after updating Windows 10

Note: This issue was fixed from our side with the following updates:

You can download and install a fixed version of each program by clicking a corresponding link above.

This issue is most probably related to the latest Microsoft update of Windows 10 (KB4014329).

While our developers are working on a fix, please try the following as a temporary workaround:
1. Get to software installation folder by right-clicking a program shortcut and selecting Open file location;
2. Remove files named DecoderMF.dll and EncoderMF.dll;
3. Retry launching the program.
